Discussion of goals and plans for the further developmente of Floridahabitat.org in 2007.
1. Reorganize wiki to make it more 'wiki-like'. In particular, create pull-outs and boxes to make more of the content within the wiki immediately visible to visitors.
2. Bring more A/V content into the site.
- Who has some video that we could put up on the site?
3. Reorganize the home page to make the summaries of the blog content appear on the home page and to make all the aspects of the site more visible to visitors.
4. Develop visuals to illustrate some of the core ideas of habitat planning. Research the utility of incorporating information in the site into an interactive map.
5. Improve the design of the site.
6. Do wildlife scorecard.
7. Add map for bridges & culverts.
8. Survey of site use
9. Pleasant introductory slideshow on basic points of habitat planning (for newcomers).
10. See how possible it is to do an autoslideshow from the existing image gallery.
